jk and i have went on a cooking frenzy. We totally amazed ourselves with the immense talent in us.
introducing to you, dish 1: CP Imperial Golden fried rice.
It may sound as easy as mere stir-frying some plain rice. but to capture its flavor and prevent it from sticking is an art that one needs to master with experience. we havent had it going all well. the hard part for me was the scrambled egg. It was my first frying an egg so i expect it to end up in the bin somehow.
And it didnt! simply because poon simply has some cooking talent in her.

Dish 2: CP Imperial Broccoli with japanese scallop
This is the dish to die for. The broccoli is so well seasoned that we can barely stop.
Dish 3: CP Imperial Curry chicken
I have a terrible weakness for curry chicken. I cannot resist the aroma and the potatoes. Im a huge curry FAN. Its food porn to me okay. just look at that drumstick. Its asking to be eaten man.
The curry was damn good. but jk didnt like it concentrated. oh well. let him complain for outta the 3 drumsticks we made, only 1 was cooked and he happened to get the 2 under cooked ones. haha.god loves me.
We underestimated the cooking time. oh well, cut us some slack. its our first.
i had a great time.
