was at the carnaval carnaval at Marina Barrage last night. Best moment of 2011 thus far.

there was really good brazilian music and percussion drumming. highlight of the night for me was dancing to the song 'rise up', popular clubbing track covered by bushmen who totally aced the song. probably did better than the original singer, yves larock.

it was a perfect night. had a really lousy week. so t was a really nice way to turn the week around.
